I want all of you that are reading this to stop whatever you're doing. Whether it just be surfing the internet or worse, thinking of harming yourself.. taking your own life, even. You are beautiful. I meant that exactly from the heart. You have such potential in life, such a power to do whatever it is that you want to pursue. If you work hard at it, one day you can be a supermodel. You can be a famous singer or actress/actor. You can be a writer. You can be a lawyer. You can be a photographer. Whatever it is that you want to become when you graduate high school, you can do it.

"The children shamed for those they chose to kiss." If you're a girl and people are making fun of you for being in love with a girl, fuck them. If you're a guy and people are making fun of you for being in love with a boy, fuck them. FUCK them. They don't have any business butting into yours, and putting down what gender you fall for. People who are self-concious about their weight. Stop hugging the toilet to lose weight. Stop crying because of the number on the scale. All it is is a number. It doesn't define how beautiful you honestly are. If you want to eat a nine course meal, eat that nine course meal. If you want a Whopper and a milkshake at twelve am at night, then go the fuck for it and don't give any fucks about the shameless assholes that scream insults at you for it. Been there, done that, still there. I know what it feels like.

You're beautiful in your own way, the size of your jeans and the number on the scale doesn't define any of it. Don't cut yourself, don't burn yourself, don't pop pills. Don't hang the noose around your neck, don't point the gun at your head. Please; every single one of you here on this earth are worth wild. You have an amazing smile. A contagious laugh. A splendid personality, a groovy sense of style. Everything about you makes someone happy, trust me. People grow up and their minds change. You really should be alive to see it. Things get better.
